How can I write AAM bullets for soldiers that have no additional duties?

I agree with MAJ Carl Ballinger though I try to write 3-4 bullets to ensure it is approved. If you are hard pressed for bullets they probably don't deserve as high an award. But it is rare that you cannot at least find two good things the Soldier did that was above the expectations of that rank.

MAJ Carl Ballinger - absolutely agree. Then again, when it comes to PCS/ETS does everyone deserve an award or does that lower the value of the award? But I do believe that a lot of units fall into one of two categories: everyone gets an award or you have to save a life or take out a enemy position single-handed to get any award.

It's an AAM not an NCOER. Also, is it an impact or a PCS award. These are some things to consider.
