I got a letter a few months back and filed for PDRB. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how quick the results come back? And what happens after you get a positive letter and they medically retire you?

I got the letter in 2012 telling me to apply for it since my MEB only gave me 20%. At the time I was literally 4 days removed from a heart surgery so I forgot all about the letter. In 2015 during an exit interview with VA Voc rehab they asked me about it and why I never applied. I send all my stuff in during April of 2015 and I just got confirmation that my stuff had been sent to Army DDA for approval. I should hear something within the next few days according to what the PDRB folks said.

Hi Andrew, did you ever get through this process or get answers? I am planning to apply as well.
