What would you do if you knew a fellow SSG NCOER was falsely written by the rater?

What would you do if you knew a fellow SSG's NCOER was falsely written by the rater, giving him bullets that were accomplishments of other soldiers and not his.

A leader is responsible for the accomplishments of their Soldiers. It isn't "their" accomplishment, but they set the conditions where the accomplishment could happen.
Is this a case of phraseology or writing style? Perhaps how you interpret the NCOER?
When I knew something was false or embellished, I always kicked it back with comments on my issues with the veracity of the report. I couldn't tell the rater to change it, of course, but typically knowing that I knew it was there would influence the outcome and get a more fair report. This works for both "too good" and "too bad" reports.

I am old school everything is to standard unless this person goes above and beyond then they may rate an excellent, (old format) but when I read his NCOER and both myself and the SFC noted that half his bullets were not his deeds. Note we were in Afghanistan at the time.

Let me ask a few back. How do you know this? And what does your first gut instinct tell you on how to handle this?

My gut was to take it to the group CSM, but for background information, I cross leveled into this small unit and mobilized to Afghanistan. The Rater for this NCOER was our senior NCO, she rated all the other NCO's. I have no problem with my NCOER she gave me, but my counterpart who was in BAF, (I was in KAF most of the tour) recieved an outstanding NCOER and as the senior 92L in the whole theater I can tell you he could not perform his MOS.
