Since my physical was performed by a contractor I had to request it through the regional office in Oakland. I believe that VA policy states that they have 20 days to produce records or they must provide written justification if it will take longer. I received neither. When I finally was able to get ahold of someone today I was told it can take more than 8 months and as long as 2 years.

Yes , great question go to your local VA fill out a Freedom of Information act sheet and they can print it out and give it to you

I had to do that for my last 4 appts

I had received all of the other ones just not those 4

Hey dudes, the fastest way is drive to the local regional office and they will print them for you that day....anymore questions just ask

Be sure to call your contract agency to see if the exams are indeed finished or still processing
