So my ETS is 26JUN16, and Ive been in since 23NOV10. Do I qualify for separation pay if I've signed a 3 year contract to the Army Reserves?

In your case, SPC (Join to see), based on your information, you will not qualify for separation pay because you will not have 6 years or more on separation.

I believe you do, however, if you choose to retire from the reserves, it may cost you in retirement payments.

SGM, I was on active orders for over 7 years straight. When I was coming off the orders I no longer had a civilian job and was looking into severance pay as it was an option. I was told at that time that for I took the payout, I would possibly have to pay it back prof retirement and possibly VA benefits. I found a civilian job before I had to dig too deep into it, so I could have been misled or there may be ways around it. That is why I used the phrase "believe".

I was national guard prior to the continuous activation orders and national guard following if that makes a difference as well.

SGM Matthew Quick - Roger.
Since you seem to be an SME reading your advice elsewhere can you tell me if I would have had to pay it back? I will be retiring from the National Guard eventually, I have a couple deployments left in me.

I have been barred from reenlisting due to the fact that I have not been to the board or BBC because I wanted to get out any way.

A soldier separated involuntarily, with an honorable or general discharge, who has a minimum of six years of service, who is not qualified for retention and denied reenlistment may be eligible for half separation pay. Examples include soldiers denied reenlistment for local or DA Bar to reenlistment (i.e. QMP, RCP), separations for the convenience of the government such as personality disorders or parenthood (AR 635-290, Chapter 5), for drug or alcohol rehabilitation failure (Chapter 9), and weight control failure (Chapter 18). The formula for computing half separation pay is that provided for full separation pay, divided by 2.
