TOXIC Failed Seniors in positions with persuation with the command

Seniors, how would you approach another senior of the same rank; in a higher position (although made up for them to sit in not MTOED) of public disrespect. After you have tried to approach the situation one on one. and the person continues? I fight the urge to want to literally grab and choke them. and obviously that could hurt my career so I'll pause on that ideation.

You've done well in approaching the offenders one on one. If this doesn't work, there is always a chain of command. In the case that they are doing something against regs then there is always the IG. Rank has its merits but no rank gives the right to public disrespect.

Have you tried to talk to their superiors? Sometimes that helps. Other times that does adds fuel to the fire or gets you nowhere but pissed off and wondering if that person in also a tool. You can also try to get them put on a list for QMP, etc. if you know the right people.....
