AR 623-3,
chapter 6, Evaluation Redress Program, outlines the procedures for appealing OERS, NCOERS, and AERs.

Are you talking about Duty MOS (DMOS?) Duty Title is the position you are in, such as "Platoon Sergeant." Also, the "0" in the MOS should be an "O".

Why did you sign it if it was incorrect, especially so many times?

There is a correction process in the AR. Research that and follow the instructions. Good luck!
