Soldier has been approved for reclassification. Soldier is now a 68V and he should take his reclassification approval (decision report) to HR so that they can print him orders with the RCN and effective date of the MOS. ......what next?

Is the Soldier active duty? Was this a voluntary/mandatory reclassification?

Has anyone talked to the servicing Career Counselor?

Congrats on your reclassification...great career choice.

HRC should have top-loaded the MOS change and placed you on assignment instructions (AI) (unless your remaining in place). Once you're placed on AI, you should receive notification from your Career Counselor, through your NCO Support Channel, that you're on AI. At this time, you'll be notified to attend a levy briefing and your your S-1 will work with the reassignment section to secure your orders.

If you got reclassified, means new training. New place to start. New orders.

Unless there is an opening where you are at for that specific reclass, than more than likely they will send you somewhere else.
