The results of the March 2016 QMP board were distributed to units today.

Soldiers will soon hear from their chain of command as to whether or not they were selected for separation due to QMP.
Soldiers who were selected - and are not eligible for retirement - will be separated from the Army on November 1, 2016.

Yep got notified on Wednesday that my services are no longer needed, All because of 1 failed tape test on NCOER 3 years ago, There goes 11 years

SSG (Join to see) - My original ncoer was fully capable 2/2 with needs some improvement for height weight, once I made it up to the csm, he personally came to the company and had my rater change it to a 3/4 marginal

I hear You I was 16.5 Years and my Career was over with and Had to start a New one which was Hard because I have to deal with PTSD and I just think QMP should Go away
or the People who were in for any length of time should get a Retirement for the about of time Serverd

I have seen some units send the Soldiers the notification by email yes by email is that the correct way to do it in the ARMY?

I think that is wrong they should give it to them in person. Email no way that is a
person information and that is on the web wrong.
