With looming he said she said going on in Washington right now, and the administration not wanting to take any blame for their wrong doings at all....What SHOULD we think? We are being told that this kid is a "hero" (and in this case...I use that term extremely loosely), when his roommates, squad and emails are telling us a tall tail of a completely shitbag. Now I have my own opinion formed from hard facts, DOD cover up and the fact that our president did exactly what he wasn't supposed to do and did it without any approval. Fact and fiction need to hash it out, but first lets hear what you got! This goes much father and deeper than a "conspiracy". The news outlets are feeding us what they are either allowed to, or blatantly lying to our faces! Is the government REALLY regulating what is to be put out by the press???
Is everyone in America REALLY ready to throw up the white flag and fall into surrender to our own government? What the hell is going on in America that we have to watch what we say about our government, out of FEAR that there will be repercussion? And last but not least....am I the only whiteboy thinking that I woke up this morning in a bad dream?

I concur. We need a total overhaul of our federal government, establish term limits and clean house all the way to the top. While we are at it, we need to get rid of the lobbyists and special interest groups too.

You are not alone Staff Sargent. I wish it were only a bad dream. Just when I think it was a bad dream I have this Freddy Kruger moment that says, this is reality.
Fear of repercussion is not only a reality for the average citizen, but I believe it is also why the media reports stories the way they do. I also think this is what keeps Congress working with the president.
Why else would McCain, Boehner, and other republicans in the House and Senate support some controversial pieces of legislation, and give in to the President and Democrats. Some Czar somewhere has a job specifically obtaining dirt to keep key people and the media in line.
This is why I look at foreign news as a legitimate source for what goes on in our country, the administration can't touch them.
