If you're asking for someone to switch with you that's a one for one, that's same rank same MOS, can't be an NCO just cuz you're in an NCO position, have you tried getting in contact with any of the higher CBRN NCOs (BDE/DIV) if they heard or know of anybody?

SPC(P) (Join to see) - Congratulations SPC, Soon to be SGT! So, wherever it is that you are deploying to, keep your head down and come home an experienced NCO.

I'm in fort hood and I will love to go to a chemical unit. In my unit being a 74D is like less than a paper in the parking lot. I was deployed and it was a total waste of time, I couldn't logging in a computer because nobody can't figured it out so literally I didn't have a place at the margen of everything, well I was at ECP by myself most of the time. That was a torture and a mental punishment without any doubts.

Roger that - I know what your saying about pissing off the CoC. I was trying to get in the 20th SF in FL - required interstate transfer and all sorts off paperwork. Got the unit on board in Florida before talking to my CO. Got transferred - unit couldn't send me to AB even though PT stud with nothing but good stuff in my record. Really bummed as I thought I was going to get a stripe, AB and SF. Tried to go back to old unit - same as if the lights were off and doors locked. Screwed myself. Make sure your unit is on board.
