Saw the Secretary comparing VA to Disney. Not only misguided, but stupid. I bet the Animals in the Animal kingdom get better support....I wonder what their wait times are?

It's worse because Disney World does indeed measure wait times. My family and I have been part of this process several times. They give you a card with a time written on it when you get on line. When you reach the head of the line, you give the card to another attendant who then notes the time.

Disney also has the FASTPASS for people that does not want to wait in lines. Is the Secretary going to implement this for the VA so that Veterans that have money can pay more so they can go to the front of the line ? What a terrible statement from him. I bet he is not waiting for any of his health care..... makes me sick.
