SFC(P) Jonathan P. - If you have been seeking info solo and to no avail, escalate this to your higher chain of command/support (i.e., PSG, 1SG). If they are aware and getting no where, escalate it higher to your BN CSM. If none of that works, take it to your State National Guard Bureau. I bet that will get a fire lit under someones six.

MSG (Join to see) - Big SSG thanks I'm going through a bit of hardship myself I was 4 years prior active duty and the unit here in Orlando, Florida is lost also. So I already talked with the 1SG, so I would be able to go to the CSM ? It's important because of financial reason as well as the fact of my daughter soon to be born and need financial and insurance securities for them.

PFC (Join to see) - It's called the Open Door Policy. Now, you can go to your CSM if you feel that you have properly addressed the problem to your unit chain but feel they have not done enough or blew you off. IF you do decide to go to your CSM, it would be in your best interest to let your Chain know, that way they are not blindsided (which would not look or feel good down the road). But, let your chain work the issue first....but don't leave it at that. You will need to constantly ask for updates to see if there has been a resolve of the matter. Contact your Squad Leader and/or Platoon Sergeant weekly to see if they have an update.
