Untitled hdr2
I think it is safe to say that we all come back from a deployment a changed person.  Some of the changes are good, some are not so good.  We all have to learn different coping skills following these changes.  Personally, I've been using photography as a form of coping through activities.  I'm not exactly sure where I would be today if I didn't get into photography.

So, now I'm wondering what other activities have you, my fellow brothers and sisters-in-arms have gotten into as a way of "dealing with" the changes we all go through.  Sadly, not all of our fellow brothers and sisters-in-arms haven't been able to deal with the changes and maybe by sharing these activities we can give an idea to a struggling Veteran.

By the way, here is a recent picture I've taken, more can be seen at 500px.com/benkeen.
