Army Combat Shirt worn with IBA/IOTV. I can't find 670-1 reference to wear stateside. I am under the impression that it can be worn on the range with body armor. where can I find the reg or ALERACT on this?

It's in an alaract... dcs,g1 approved made for wear with iba iotv tucked in fracu or a2cu. However comma pause for effect may be worn as stand alone item, without tan / brown undershirt.
Depending your csm. Ours will f us up without iotv. Other units stand alone fine

I have not seen this anywhere as well. I have seen a few people wear it. I would just fall back on the last clause of every regulation: at commander's discretion.
