15th Marine Expeditionary Unit and 75th Ranger Regiment vs Nazis?

Hitler wanting to prevent America from being a superpower. Hitler invades the white in 1812. The germans occupy the white house and set up a base. Currently they're are 100,000 nazi soldiers, 1000 tanks, and 10 war planes.
Both countries can only send fuel and ammo through the time portal.
The MEU has everything modern and what they would have on deployments. The Ranger regiment Has everything modern and what they would have in their whole arsenal. Both have the same amount personnel as of 2020. Can the American fighters take back Washington DC in under a year? How long?

The 10 warplanes would be the first and easiest casualties as they would be shot from the sky by a combination of 15th MEU Aviation and man portable surface to air missiles that both the Marines and Rangers carry on deployments.
With air superiority established the tanks would begin to fall as the the Aviation could from distance take out the heavy armor with Anti Tank missiles, while the Ground combat and Rangers engaged with LAW, AT4 and M203 grenades.
Snipers from both MEU and 75th would begin mass taking out command elements, at a superior distance of the Nazi's while both the MEU and Rangers conducted unconventional warfare tactics against a force much larger and not trained for them.

The Nazis only have the same technology(weapons,tanks, planes) as they would have in World War 2
