Is there any way to leave a duty station before the minimum 3 years other than reenlisting??

MOS change that benefits the Army and the Soldier. Being accepted to Green to Gold for schooling are two that I can think of.

SGT (Join to see) - Go onto AKO, and on the right hand side where you have your ERB link, there's Assignment Satisfaction Key, click on that, and on the header there will be the requisition tab

SGT (Join to see) - No problem, I actually used requisitions to get out of my first unit. I didn't mind the unit, I just wanted to deploy. If nothing populates when you check tomorrow, just keep checking back, because they'll come and go quickly
