I am the Security Trainer for a casino in Southeastern Idaho. I have been instructed to research some train the trainer courses. Do you have any recommendations?

CPT Chris Loomis Currently we have Heartsaver first Aid but it is the goal of our department to have BLS by the end of the year. I am currently awaiting for my BLS instructors training from the AHA.
The type of Train the Trainer training we are looking for is general classroom set up, Identifying Training Needs, and on and on. ATD currently has an interesting program I was just trying to see if anyone in this High Caliber community has had an experiences in these courses or any recommendations.

CPT Chris Loomis Good question. The only weapons we carry is customer service. Ha ha. We do some defense tactics training and carry restraints sir.

Cpl (Join to see) - Just an outside the box idea, being a Marine, maybe a connection at the local USMC Reserve Centers I&I staff will afford a MCMAP class and an opportunity to network?
