I volunteered for JBSA AIT PLT SGT. Any thoughts?

I am a SGT (P), 68 W. There was an email traffic asking for volunteers male or female SGTs at Joint Base San Antonio for AIT platoon Sergeant. Looking at the long run and especially for E-7, I decided to go for it. I will accept the challenge!! Still no answer as of yet, but what are your thoughts?

I was stationed in San Antonio for 6 years and loved the area. Since you are already in GA, you will be use to the humid heat. As far as the job goes, I don't know much about it since I am Air Force. But I do know that JBSA is much bigger training base since we joined forces.
