I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you a. asking for what to say to get a better rating, or b. what should I expect. I hope its B. because the A's mess it up for everyone else.

Make sure to tell the Dr everything that's wrong. If it hurts, tell them. Don't let them over extend an arm or leg if it hurts, as VA ratings are based on range of motion and pain.

Write the small stuff down. If you have night sweats, write down frequency etc, so you can relay that information to the Dr. This is not an appointment that you would keep any issues to yourself.
