What motivated you to transition from the IRR into the Army Reserve or National Guard? (if applicable).

If you came off Active Duty and transitioned into the IRR but later transferred into the Army Reserve or National Guard, what motivated you to transfer?

The biggest reason I get from my IRR Soldiers I work with is they miss the camaraderie. It seems after leaving Active Duty there is a void there and the Reserve is able to fill that.

I would imagine most people would have the same general motivations. Finances, employment, stability, missing the military, etc...
