If you were to have an Ultimate Leaders Book what would you have in it?

I am taking Software Engineering in College and will be developing an App over the next several months/year. I would like information from everyone on what you would like to see in a universal leadership book. Thank you in advance for your input on ideas. It is just myself on this project so it will take awhile, but WILL be in the iOS app store when complete!

SFC Parker, right now I am learning swift and haven't started on the android language. I am just starting the design phase and once I have a product that is professional and functional I will have to Create thousands of lines of code to get it all working. So since I'm already learning Swoft, iOS will take priority and android will come later.

Everything important would have PII so I wouldn't feel comfortable putting that info on my personal digital device. Also, when sponsoring Soldiers for boards the Board members may want to see the leaders book. I would feel awkward handing them my iPad.

Maybe you could find a way to revalidate the soldier info electronically so the soldier won't have to fill out a form/pdf every like 3 months. They can just look at the info and check a box that it is correct at each section....something like that.

The only reason we have to reevaluate is because of an orderly room that isn't orderly. The app being on iOS will allow soldiers to airdrop forms to the NCO though so as long as they are saved on their phone it will be quick to give it back and to update it
