For mailing address I put my current mailing address. Also I think the spouses ssn is for people who are dual military, I could be wrong though.

There's different addresses that you can choose to have updated in eMILPO that feeds into your ERB, when you sit down with the clerk (S1 or your PAC) be specific, the current mailing will show in your ERB, for HOR, only the City and State shows and remember where your home state affects your taxes also
