I don't want to offend anyone in this thread so if this is inappropriate then I apologize. Just wanted to mention that I am a certified P90X Trainer and Beachbody Coach. Fitness is my passion and my business. If anyone needs help with fitness, please feel free to contact me.

I'm doing very well CSM. My favorite thing to do though is teach other veterans how to benefit in the same way. But so many people are stuck in old mentalities. Times are changing though.

I retired in 1997, when I did, I figured out a few things, if no one is chasing you, no need to run (it is instinctive if some one is chasing you), I was in the Infantry for 14 years, sit ups never won a battle or a war (push ups I will argue as upper body strength is critical in combat, sit ups, I have my doubts. After 26 years of PT, I think I deserved a break, but thanks for the invite :-)

Starting insanity MAX 30 soon as part of my winter run training program. i Dont know why i waited until i retired from the Army to get into running but that coupled with P90X/Body Beast has been instrumental in keeping in great shape. Anyone else do Beachbody programs ?
