Assignment to hawaii got cancel because a doctor made a mistake on efmp paperwork, any way to get it back

my wife made the mistake of signing the paperwork before the doctor filled and he put services for an ailment she no longer has. So she went and fixed it and resubmitted it.
I talk to branch and they said hawaii was off the table, does anybody know anyway around this, for future knowledge.

EFMP write ups do note prior ailments no longer applicable, it would be up to the Doctor to annotate that issues have been resolved resulting in no further treatment. But, it is not uncommon to still see them on there.
