Yea I'm headed to Carson where the elevation is higher then where in stationed now I know it's not going to adjust me to the climate but it will make my workouts and training harder was thinking of doing a ruck with it tommorow morning sometime

I've had my mask since 2012 and use it only when I'm on the bike. While I'm no scientist nor am I an expert, I stand by it for CARDIO. I see no benefit for an elevation mask during chest day.

The natural way when you get to Carson will be your best bet. I have top amateur cycling and ultra running friends who live at sea level training with a mask and it never truly prepares them for their races in elevation, the mask only forces the muscles around your lungs to work harder
