Have NCOs and Officers now a days forgot that they are Soldiers.

Why can they not keep up on their MEDPROs and training that is on them. I just do not understand why because my Soldiers call a MSG or a LTC to inform him that he is red in Dental they blow them off, but if I call or the CDR they make an appointment that day.

Some how this post was left behind or missed. SFC Ben Ringman, first we are Soldiers and the last thing we will be are Soldiers. I take lots of pride in calling myself a Soldier because after all, I did a lot to become a Soldier. It's not a put down or a second class citizen designation.
