Click on their name, click on Endorse, but for God's sake please don't just click on a check box, the the time to write something about how you know them and what you know about them. While it is not hard and fast rule, try to keep endorsements to people you know well.

SSG Pierce. One further bit of advice, you should add a photo to your profile. The guidance is that it should be professional and if you are presently in the military perhaps a photo in uniform would be best. Warmest Regards, Sandy
