How long does it take for ATRRS completions to populate on the ERB?

I completed ALC Common Core at the begining of the month. "48-72 hrs" later I received my DA Form 87. Now it has passed cutoff for submitting points but my ERB and PPW still reflect that I am enrolled and no promotion points have been awarded. S1 has a copy of my DA Form 87 as well as my 1059. I have been told that they cannot give me promotion points for completion. Is there anyone that can shed any light on this? It may be too late for cutoff now but any information would be helpful.

I am currently having the same problem with it populating on my ERB. It still isn't populating correctly when I look up my ERB through HRC, but if S-1 pulls up my ERB through Emilpo, it is there. I finished ALC-CC about six weeks ago. I would see if your S1 can pull up your ERB through Emilpo. It should say graduated. I think there is a glitch with the system if you do CC after the resident course.
... I just looked at my ERB again and it still says enrolled, but when I pull up my board file ERB, it says graduated. I hope this helps.

SSG H, its actually not the S1 who updates that, at least that's what the Schools Branch explained to me. She pulled up my record from another system and it showed something different, so if you're still having that issue, I would definitely suggest you contact their facebook page as well. Good luck, especially if you're up for your board look!

So what is the best way to update ALC phase 1. I have asked my S1 and I was told it will update automatically.

you'll only see it in your mel/mes section (alc enrolled) it doesn't appear in your resident courses section and its not worth points.
