I'm trying to find out more about military recruiting at consulting firms like BCG, McKinsey, and Bain. Any suggestions?

In addition to what Capt Brandon Charters pointed out about connecting with current employees on RallyPoint, look up their affinity/diversity/inclusion groups on their website. I was able to speak with veterans at Bain and BCG by emailing people within these groups right off the website.

Just checked the McKinsey company page on RallyPoint via our search tool. We have several veterans who currently work there. I would reach out, connect, and ask what it's like there. No better place to go, than to the source. Wishing you the best on your next steps!
