First Vietnamese born General pins on first star

It's extremely powerful and inspiring to see an individual escape from a country were US troops were once deployed and accomplish such a tremendous feat.

What are your thoughts?

I remember reading about him when he took over his BDE at Ft Campbell. He is very grateful to serve and I would have enjoyed the opportunity if he were my BDE CDR while with the 101st ABN DIV
