I saw incredible results when I stuck with Insanity. I also started eating smaller portions more often, such as a meal every 4 hours - which kept my metabolism high. Always eat breakfast as well. Do not eat anything 2 hours before bed. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (I drink a gallon). With Insanity, be sure to focus on FORM first. This is a high intensity program - however you will see incredible results!

Well there really isn't just one or two, it's more of what reacts best to your body, what you can and cannot do based off of age, flexibility etc. In the end no program out there will ever work if you don't have an eating program that produces solid results. While a solid program is a good motivator to keep you going if you train hard but eat like crap your'e still going to get crap results. If you asked a more specific question i.e. How do I get ripped, or build muscle, mass etc like that, then it's easier to answer as there a programs out there to use as a baseline for you to try but ultimately you tailor them to your needs and liking.

You are absolutely right. I know what works for me. Just looking for new ideas and to see what others are doing.

Check out RIKR Defence. They're pretty new, but their objectives, their science, and their presentation seem to be on point.
