How can I take advantage of ACASP (Army Civilian Acquired Skills Program) if I am already enlisted? What regulation cover it?

Already enlisted? Do you mean that you enlisted in the Delayed Entry Program and are waiting to ship out to active duty? Have you enlisted into the Reserves and assigned to a Reserve Unit? Or, have you already completed training and currently on active duty? Need to know that to answer your question.

Ive been on active duty for a year this December and have completed all entry training and met the criteria for acsap in my mos prior to enlisting. Apologize for the lack of information I'm new to this site.

You should contact your S-1 and present all the documents that show you met quals for ACASP in your MOS prior to your enlistment date. You may get a retroactive promotion per the DA Pam that covers ACASP criteria by MOS. That only applies to your current MOS, not a different one.

You can't, but if you have a skill and certifications that back it up, you can get an acceptance letter from the MOS proponent and submit a voluntary reclass.
We did this with a young lady at Bragg who was an LPN prior to enlistment, who believed she enlisted as an LPN. After Basic she discovered she had signed her contract as an 88M

SGT (Join to see) - you need to contact the MOS proponent for the MOS are trying to get into. Even then, you're still restricted to the strengths of the Army. The MOS proponent usually works at the school house (not the branch manager).

SPC Etien Figueredo as I said you need to get a memo from the MOS propenent yourself. It's up to you to get the memo, the unit can't do it for you.
Take that to the Career Counselor and they do a voluntary Reclass without training.

SPC Etien Figueredo it's different for each MOS. They work at the school itself, not at HRC. The easiest way to find them is to pull up the phone directory for the school and call student ops. You may have to call around a bit before you get the right person.

You can't utilize ACASP after you have executed your enlistment contract. All the documents and promotion criteria are settled prior to the swearing in. AR 601-210.
