Are there any Navy recruiters and/or OSVET enlistees out there?

I am interested in the possibility of reenlisting into the Navy through the OSVET program. My RE-3 code would require me to get a waiver to do so. How likely would it be for my waiver to be accepted, if I was honorably discharged for failing height and weight?

Related question, I was discharged from the Army as an E-4, would I keep my pay grade if I succeed in reenlisting?

Your best bet would be to call around to a couple different Naby recruiting offices and ask over the phone. If you go with the first recruiter you talk to, you'll be steered towards filling whatever quota they have. Different offices/regions have different quotas.
