What surgery do you wish Tricare would cover that it currently does not?

Is there a surgery that you feel Tricare should legitimately cover for Servicemembers? One that it currently does not cover? Why should Tricare cover it?

It should most definitely assist Soldiers who are physically fit and have satisfied the Army's definition of fit i.e. the APFT. Yet, they do not meet the height and weight standards! I have witnessed great Soldiers with an abundance of potential subsequently separated for something no fault other than their biological makeup!
