Aside from coordination with the German Liaison Officer, stated in the thread by MAJ Brian Maurelli, Ensure soldiers get orders to wear the badge. No orders, then you can't wear it. Work with your S1/G1 for this.

SGT (Join to see) work through your training NCO to coordinate with the German Liaison Officer. They can schedule and administer the tests.

SGT (Join to see) - there should be a liaison in country that can help cordinate the set up before you guys even get there. Have some one in your command ask him that question and try to have him get it set up when. You guys arrrive in Country.
