Has anyone had their overseas PCS orders rerouted after landing in Germany?

I got re-routed. My first set of orders had me going to Katterbach, ended up down the street at Shipton Kaserne with the ADA unit. Never got my Big Red 1 patch but still enjoyed my time in Germany. Learned a lot from the ADA guys and got to see big missiles blow up little targets.

My next assignment was Army Recruiting support command at Cameron Station. I was the Log Chief as a CW3. Still single. Too many women. I was driving a 924. Had to get out of DC area.
