PDF form fillable versions are available, so are word DOC's
Either one works well enough.

Adobe Reader is free, and in years past, the full version Adobe Acrobat was provided free to service members. There should be a link and instructions on the forms repository site.
Go see your S1 or S6 both likely know the specific current site location for you to download the needed software

I try to leave work at work. If it is important enough to warrant a counseling, then have the Soldier wait and do it right then and there. If it can wait, then leave it for the next day.

Kodi is a program that let you watch movies, tv shows, and live tv. When I was in school I took homework as an adult I was told not to bring my family problems to work, why would I bring work problems to my family?

As much as I'd like to do them at work that isn't happening.

You are either very good at your job and have so much free time you can accomplish all assigned and implied tasks in a standard duty day... or your not doing all of that and letting the ball drop.

Why take "Work home"?
Because for 28 years I realized there are not enough hours in the standard duty day to do all the assigned and implied tasks of my duty position.

So I could stay late after the duty have ended (and often did) keeping work at the office, but never seeing my boys and wife in normal awake hours.

Or I could stay just a little late to accomplish those tasks that had to be completed at work on site....then take home my other work...be it evaluations, counseling, writing an OPORD paragraph or three, reading the tech manual on some new gear we just received and are going through NET the following week.ect ect.. And I can do those tasks at home, after dinner, between story readying time, bath time, after walking the dogs with my wife, and if needed after tucking in wife, kids and the dogs for the night....
All to start again fresh at 0430 for another day
