What motivates you to leave one company for another?

Loyalty if they want you to stay. Money if they don't take care of you.

I always found it was a set of orders from Dept of the Army that mostly motivated me to change from one company to another.

For me, it's simply job satisfaction. Money is important, but if I don't like the people I work for or work around, then I'm going to be miserable at work every day.
