I have just completed my Lean Six Sigma training and was curious as to how to submit them onto my ERB and how many points I would receive for promotion. I am also wondering where on the ERB catagories does it fall. The actual certificate has no hours stated on them... Help please as I have heard so many different senarios. (Only recently finished my green belt)

Just a note for those retiring or separating this SM is on the right track attaining training that will assist them in their career now and is relevant to employers outside the Army.

Though I can't answer your question, what I can do is say congratulations. There are so many in the military that could care less about CPI training but over my 25+ years in the service I have found it very useful in improving methods and practices. Stay involved and enjoy the successes. Best of luck to you as you continue your journey.
