Just that, you will be treated for future assignments as if you were single.. No consideration at all for co location of your spouse.
Id have to research it, but waiving MACP may also impact Fam Sep pay

SSG (Join to see) AR 614-200 didn't have anything on a waiver, so if I had to guess, I would say that one member declines JD consideration for that move.
