As a commander I would ask what experience you had in the training arena, what systems you were familiar with as well as what permissions you have to these systems. What makes you a better option than the others applying. Lastly, what do you want in your career to help see if you are wanting the position for a short time to get KD time and move on or if you want to focus on training for awhile.
