We're about to box some things up and I'm looking for an inventory form to list the contents of the containers on. I found the DA Form 3234, but that's not quite what I'm looking for. I know I've seen another in my travels, I just can't seem to track it down.

SSG Marc W. Is correct, you would use a DA Form 1750 to annotate the contents of the container. Just make sure that if you have other boxes that you do a 1750 for each individual box with their contents and then a DA 1750 for the overall contents of the container.

A DA1750 is the packing list I have used and it is acceptable to use a DA2062
