Does the US need face to face with ISIS

Does the US needs boots on the ground to face ISIS and would it be effective after what we have done in IRAQ and Afghanistan? If we do we know we will have casualties but is it worth it?

Definitely going to need BOG. The goals are to accomplish the mission without casualties, but in the Military business, it's going to happen.

Well we have to send boots onto the ground. Iraq and Syria won't fight them.
