Giving Soldiers rides: okay?

In Korea, only Sergeants First Class and above and Command Sponsored Soldiers are authorized to have POVs. I give my Soldiers rides whenever I can. Is it acceptable to give rides to random Soldiers I see walking (in the rain for example)?

Yes, however, there is a risk. If they are not doing what they are supposed to be then there is a chance that they will then blame you for being late. I hear that mostly though with training bases such as FLW and basic trainees and AIT students.
