If my school drop has been approved by my Company Commander, will my early separation continue to process, given HRC's new 1 June deadline?

please help... my commander has sighed it ,idk if my colonel did but i pushed it threw about a week ago then i found out about the deadline on jun 1st 2017 and wondering because it states that " THE PURPOSE OF THIS MESSAGE IS TO ANNOUNCE THE ARMY'S SUSPENSION OF THIS TEMPORARY
PROGRAM EFFECTIVE 01 JUNE 2017. REQUESTS NOT APPROVED BY 01 JUNE 2017 WILL BE
DISAPPROVED. SOLDIERS' REQUESTS THAT ARE APPROVED PRIOR TO 01 JUNE 2017 WILL CONTINUE TO
OUT-PROCESS AND SEPARATE ON THEIR ADJUSTED ETS DATE. THIS MESSAGE REPLACES REFERENCE 1.Q" so what do they consider being approved yet?

The big issue is determining who is the ultimate approval authority. Until they sign, every Commander below them is simply a recommendation. From what I see on the web, the approval authority appears to be "commanders exercising Special Court Martial Convening Authority (SPCMCA) or higher". That would rule out the Company Commander, and probably would fall to "the commanding officer of a brigade, regiment, detached battalion, or corresponding unit of the Army."

so basically if my brigade commander don't sign it today the 31 of june my packet will be not approved ?

i don't think my LTC will even consider talking to the brigade commander today...which really sucks because it will cause me personal hardship if i cant start school on time.

CPL (Join to see) - If you're within a Brigade, that appears to be the case (it wouldn't get approved by the deadline). That alone should be a reason to motivate your Battalion Commander to get it before the Brigade Commander's desk...today. Best of luck to you in this. I know these deadlines cause problems for people who are right on the edge of the cliff (time-wise).

CPL (Join to see) Pretty sure you just answered your own question, but in any case, a better conformation answer is not here, it is with the action agency, IOW HRC.
Every program, event or action has to have a deadline for submission or end date... otherwise there would be no way to manage the program..
Send HRC the question, you will get an answer back quickly.
State just the facts, not your wants.
Action initiated and signed by you on DATE
Signed by CO on DATE and forwarded to BN for action on DATE.
If action is received by HRC post June 1 deadline, but was properly initiated by SM before the deadline date, will it still be considered for approval?
I think you know the answer, but ask the only folks that give you a accurate answer. HRC

I would use the Open Door Policy for your commander and see whats going on.
