If you're going directly into the reserves your unit it should be able to pull it. If you're going through a recruiter either they or MEPS should be able to pull it.

SPC Bradford Bolden - Sorry. I didn't see the "V" next to your name. So, obviously you can't access your AKO. Your recruiter can easily make one phone call or email and get that information. All he would really have to do is call MEPS and get it from them, as they will (should) have access to that database. If nothing else, submit an Standard Form 180 to the National Archives to receive copies of your medical records.
