Can I ship a lawnmower and snowblower?
If yes, What do I need to do to get them ready?

Unless things have changed, they would have to be drained of all gas and oil and have the spark plug removed, but there is really no need to ship them since lawnmowers are available through the housing office. Snow blowers weren't but if you're in quarters, then you wouldn't need it either. I would recommend you just place them in storage.

yup, shippable, but you have to remove anything that may combust and/or start a fire.

Spot on. Drained of all fluids and remove spark plugs as well as a good cleaning is all that is required.

As stated above. Exact language from the DoD shipping guidelines are, "Motorcycles, lawn mowers, gas trimmers, etc.: Drain gas (air gas tanks out for at least two days). Disconnect battery from spark plugs, tape ends of wires and secure battery."

Sometimes it easier to have your own mower depending on where you are going to. PITA to go every week or two and borrow a mower.
