With heavy deployment rotations, stagnant promotions and overall lack of motivation I see a steady decline on "Joe's" morale. I try my best to "mix it up" and keep them engaged with a constant stream of positive reienforcement. Here's a pic of my Platoon while deployed to Afghanistan. Our Company name is the Phantoms. So around halloween I ordered a few of these masks and we wore them while performing our duties on the flight line. (with my Commanders blessing of course) It was just the boost my joes needed to make it over that 8-9 month milestone on the backside of a year rotation. Tell me your cleaver ways to improve morale in your unit.

My normal shenanigans for celebrating birthdays.

Note Rank was never ignored. My General's door was blockaded by Diet Dr.Peppers...obviously i didn't record that out of protecting my rank at the time.

Note to the Note. If you are going to do stuff that can get you in trouble don't post it on facebook.

When on deployment we used to play dominos, spades, basketball, football, and soccer. We also use to sit around dancing and rap battles.

This video reminds me of some of our dance offs lol.
