Not sure about Dalkhe but if it's anything like Ghazni, there will be a small DFAC and a tent gym, with some shops in connexes mixed in.

I was at Ghazni back in 2014. Was also at Bagram. Ghazni had the tent dfac and the dfac at Bagram was a building. There was a PX at Bagram and small shops at Ghazni
